Bastion Mile is happening on May 19th

The inaugural running of the Bastion Mile is going to be held just before the start of the Empire Days parade on May 19th. Find out who is the fastest miler around and how fast you are. This is going to be a fun event with a capital F. Check out our Bastion Mile page for all the information.

Cedar 12 K

Our Cedar race is coming up on February 10th and we could use a few more volunteers. If you are not running the race, some help is required in the kitchen. Other jobs for non racers are marshals and water station, even cyclists. Jobs that can be done by runners and non runners are parking and registration or finish line setup.

New Year's Day Run and Dip is at Westwood Lake at 10 am

Everyone is welcome to join us for our annual New Year's Day Run and Dip at Westwood Lake. We start the festivities off with a social lap of the lake at 10 am. There is an optional run into the lake at the end of this for those who are brave. Chili, hot chocolate, cofee and other treats for all after the run. A chance to socialize before 2013 begins.
